BMW audio optical decoder module needed urgently

I've bought an aftermarket head unit for my E90 thinking it came with all the necessary modules for connecting to the OEM controls etc. the one thing it didn't come with which is the most important, is the optical decoder module.

Does anybody have one laying around or know where I can urgently get one locally. I'll attach a screenshot of the unit I need.

Ok so update, I was just being a dumbass, spoke to someone more knowledgeable and my car does not need the module. I did manage to fit the radio and it is working!

I was going to say, I was not aware the E90's made use of MOST for audio. Maybe if you have CIC, not sure.
I know the F series make use of MOST and the MOST adapters are not cheap but will give you the best quality digital audio signal (ideal if you want to connect an aftermarket DSP)
The G series I believe use ethernet instead of MOST and once again these adapters are not cheap but will give you a digital signal which is great for a DSP.

Yea this is what I learnt haha. Following half arsed YouTube radio instal videos is probably not ideal, but yea it's all in and working now, got the CANbus connection setup on the radio so that the steering controls are all fully functional as well as things like door open alarms, speed readout, temperatures etc are all available to view on it now. I can even run diagnostics scans and read fault codes and clear them from the radio haha
