So we thought we would share another E90 330d that is now making very impressive gains with our custom Madness Stage 3 set up.

I'm sure most of the guys will know Rob's car, looks pristine and since coming to Madness he now has the power too:smilebounce:

We started with Rob's car a few months back with a Stage 2 remap, and we have gradually worked up to the point where Rob just needed and wanted that little bit extra:fencelook:
He decided to take the plunge and give our Stage 3 setup a bash. I won't comment on what he thinks, I will let him tell you. What we will say is that the true power has now been unlocked, and the car is just insane...

The Dyno graph speaks for itself. Smooth consistent, and power for days. 100% reliable for daily use as well as banging round the track at the Michelin Cup.

Good day all,

In case you haven't met me name is Rob aka Sleepa...

I went to the guys at Madness Motorsport with very specific requests.

I want to make good reliable race track power (a race track includes corners for all you straight line racers :fencelook

The stock turbo made a very respectable 229wkw and I was happy with the responsiveness coming out of corners but racing monthly against New M3's, M2 comp packs, full race spec Scoobys etc showed me that stock hardware just wouldn't cut it.

So dropped the car off on Wednesday morning and fetched her on Friday... Yes I am racing tomorrow and these guys pulled it off! 2 days to install a custom import hybrid turbo (with all the necessary hardware changes) before a full race track event! Tuned, installed and multiple dyno's eventually making 289wkw and the car is responsive as hell!

Thank you to Clive and Alex for incredible service even on the stock hardware the amount of time they put in after hours, logs, logs, logs would suggest these two are lumber jacks!

It's now up to me to show the "stock" M3 and M2 on Sunday what a 10 year old Diesel is capable of doing...

in Robs post he mentions that the turbo is a custom import turbo.
As for the rest of the mods im guessing:

Intercooler
Downpipe
Chargepipes (Maybe to prevent leaks)

I’m in a open power class so no need to inform anybody. Unless you install a roll cage doesn’t seem to be an issue.
