330i Pricing Advice?

Howzit guys,

With a sore heart i might consider selling my ride which is a 2002 E46 330i F/L.

I was wondering if someone can assist me with regards to setting a price for her.

Car has the following:
- FSH with BMW Agents (few parts were replaced by a BMW mechanic)
- Sunroof OEM
- Rear PDC
- Electric Seats
- Electric Rear Blind
- 5 speed manual
- CD Shuttle
- Full leather interior - Tan in colour
and the rest of the goodies that are found on a 330i

Everything in full working order.

Mileage is currently on 148 000

if i missed anything please let me know.

Now the question - What can i get for my baby

Interior in excellent condition, exterior also is a very good nick but has a few scratches here and there but nothing major (might even be touched up). Engine in excellent condition, no oil leaks, cooling problems, smoking.

All in all a excellent buy. Only thing that needs replacing would be bushes but might even do that before letting her go.

Reason for sale - looking at getting a house now
