320i e90 Smoking

Morning Gents

Hope someone can point me in the rright direction. My car started smoking on pulloff. its a white smoke. Not alot of smoke (not leaving a cloud). What could this be? and what do i check first. The car has got 140000km on the clock and i just did a oil change. I used Castrol magnetic 5w30 (standard bmw oil). Also the car is using water, i top it up once a week. I have also checked for iol in the water and can't see any trace, also there is no water in the oil. Please help

Just phone tune tech and they recon about R22000 to R25000

Mines using water and smoking too, I suspect cylinder head gasket on mine and valve stem seals. But I am no expert, my BMW knowledge comes mostly from thumb sucking. Any ideas guys.

Do you have a white milky substance in your oil on the dipstick maybe or on filler cap?

Nope no milky stuff. I gave the car in this morning. Think it is the head gasket. Anyway... MONEY MONEY MONEY
