I'd also be the idiot that swaps the motor, 2.5i/2.8i one time... IMO the 4 cyl is a waste of time and money, even with boost.

You can get to 150 easily

Pistons
Head work
Camshaft
ITB fitment
Management system
Exhaust headers
Exhaust system
Nothing new in what I have listed however one would need to commit a large pile of cash to get to 150.
The s14 is good for 160Kw but it is a 2,5L.

If you get to 150 with a chip exhaust and a cam alone I for one will be most surprised.
